19-Year-Old Rochester Man Accused of Exposing & Pleasuring Himself in Children’s Store

Rochester, MN (RochesterNow)- A Rochester man has been charged in a criminal sexual conduct case for his alleged actions at a local children’s store.

That’s according to a criminal complaint recently filed in Olmsted County Court. Rochester police responded to the report of a possible exposure at the store on the afternoon of August 7.

Cameras and Witnesses Catch Rochester Man Exposing & Sexually Pleasuring Himself Inside Rochester Store, Complaint Says

One of the store’s owners reviewed security camera video and told police the footage showed a man, later identified as 19-year-old Jden Anthony Bonner, appearing “to be touching his private parts” on multiple occasions, the complaint says.

The footage indicated he was in the store for approximately 45 minutes. The store is not named in the court document. 

Witness Statements

Police also spoke with two sisters who were inside of the store at the same time as Bonner. One of the sisters told police they heard and saw Bonner pleasuring himself, the complaint says. 

The other reported seeing Bonner exposing himself. Both indicated that children were in the store at the time. Both the siblings and store owner provided police with a description of a vehicle Bonner was seen leaving the business in. 

Police Make Contact with Suspect

Officers later made contact with Bonner, who initially denied being at the store but admitted he was there to shop for children’s clothing. 

When confronted with the behavior described by the witnesses and filmed by the security cameras, Bonner said "if that's what the camera caught," according to the court document. 

Bonner is charged with gross misdemeanor fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct. He’s charged by summons and is scheduled to make his first court appearance in November.
