If you’ve lived in the Rochester area for a while, you’ve probably got at least one business you’d bring back in a heartbeat.
I was born and raised just outside of Rochester, and over the years, I’ve watched plenty of businesses come and go. Some were around for decades and became part of the fabric of the community. Others disappeared so quickly, you barely had time to get attached.
Then, you have those places that closed years ago, some decades ago… and somehow, we STILL miss them.

Others had me wishing I could go back in time and experience them myself, because a few of these places were gone before I ever had the chance.
So, we went through all those suggestions and pulled together 10 of the businesses and restaurants locals seem to miss the most.
