Rochester Brewery Being Featured at the Minnesota State Fair

There's a lot of beer poured at the Minnesota State Fair. One of the places that you can get a beer is at the Brewed in Minnesota exhibit.

At the exhibit you can buy flights that are all beers that are, as the name suggests, brewed in Minnesota. One of the breweries that will be featured this year is Rochester's very own Little Thistle Brewing!

Where to Get Little Thistle Beer at the Minnesota State Fair

You can find the Brewed in Minnesota exhibit in the Agriculture Horticulture Building. There are 6 different flights to choose from:

Crisp and Clean
Hoppy and Bitter
Fruity, Spicy, Tart, and Funky
Malty, Sweet, Dark, and Roasty
Award Winners Flight
Rotating Craft Seltzers

Among the beers that will be offered in the flights, two of them are from Little Thistle.

I reached out to Little Thistle to see which beers will be on tap and it's going to be Brave Woman (Scottish Amber Ale) and Wetlands (Hazy IPA).

But wait, there's more!

Little Thistle is also going to be on tap at Ball Park Cafe and that beer will be their Jungle Bird IPA.

It's so cool to see a local business do so well and end up being served to thousands and thousands of Minnesotans at the State Fair!

Other SE Minnesota Breweries at the Brewed in Minnesota Exhibit

There will be other SE Minnesota breweries on tap at the Brewed in Minnesota exhibit. Those breweries are Chapel Brewing from Dundas, Mineral Springs Brewery from Owatonna, and Tanzenwald Brewing from Northfield.
