Now, the location is making headlines after being shut down by Olmsted County officials over serious "public health and safety violations."
A notice posted directly on the front entrance states that public health officials stepped in after identifying infractions under Minnesota Food Code 4626. That specific section of state regulations dictates strict rules for proper food handling, temperature controls, ingredient prep, and safe storage practices across commercial kitchens.
